I got several mod's installed including TMPE and Metro Overhaul Mod (MOM) which also to a degree affects the way trains work as well Linux: /.local/share/Colossal Order/CitiesSkylines/Saves. I got the same issue (1.14.0-F9, all DLC prior to sunset harbour)
